How to get rid of Cellolite fast and avoid it !!!

Nobody wants to go to the beach and show off cellulite skin but almost all women get cellulite at some point of their lives. The only thing we can do is to slow the formation of the “orange skin” by eating certain foods and avoiding others and, of course, doing regular exercise. Here are some Do’s and Don’ts of battling cellulite:

  • Drink at least 1 glass of fresh orange juice a day. As we know, citrus fruits are the biggest enemy of “orange skin”.
  • Avoid drinking too much coffee and tea because they help wash off all the mineral substances in your body. If you drink them, don’t put sugar. Also, you shouldn’t drink alcohol more than a glass of wine a day.
  • Follow a diet. Maybe the most important thing is to be careful what you eat. Stay away from proteins and carbohydrates.
  • Eat potatoes for cellulite-free skin. Because they’re high in potassium, they help your body release wate faster. You can also eat avocado, bananas, cabbage, wheat, barley, mushrooms.
  • Alternate hot and cold dishes. For lunch eat cold dishes and for dinner – hot.
  • Eat food high in lecithin – eggs, soy, cauliflower.
  • Eat food high in antioxidants – strawberries, pomegranate, grapes and citrus fruits.

Getting Rid of the Love Handles by Doing Two Killer Exercises

I know how confusing advertisements can be, filled with magical pills and unhealthy actions. If you are thinking the same way, then you might enjoy this article.

The “love handles” area, right around the hips, is probably the worst one to lose weight. It might be hard, but it is not impossible! This is why you are reading this article – I will give you two exercises that will exhaust you but it’s worth it.

Trunk Twists

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Then you reach your arms out in the form of a T, but remember to always keep you head and legs straight. Rotate your body to the left, contract your stomach and oblique muscles and stretch your limbs for a few seconds. Increase the reps and sets and add weight if you have a bar when you can.

Oblique Crunches

Lay on the floor, bend your legs to a 90 degree angle and make sure your feet are not touching the ground. Place your hands behind your neck and squeeze your stomach muscles when you bring your right elbow to your left knee. Stay in that position for at least 20 seconds. Repeat by switching hands and legs.
And this is it. It’s easy to do, you just need some persistence. Come on, you can do it!

How to Get Rid of Cellulite with Coffee

Coffee is a very famous ingredient in anti-cellulite lotions, shower gels and all kinds of products. Than why not go natural and just use its pure form against the problem? Do this procedure about once every 3-4 four days and the result won’t take long!

  • Make some strong coffee and pour it in a bowl.
  • Add a little salt.
  • Leave the mixture for a while until the salt dissolves at least partially.
coffee

  • Add a bit of olive oil or anti-cellulite oil to the mixture.
  • Now rub the harmed parts of your body with the mixture.
  • Wash it out only with your hands, so that any other tools do not remove the nutrients.
  • Mix a few drops of lemon, grapefruit, orange or lavender oil.
  • Massage the oil mixture to your body for a few minutes.
  • Wrap it in see-through oil for about ten minutes.

Fat-burning exercises for a very flat tummy

If you thought only crunches can give you washboard abs, think again. Here are some fat-burning exercises that are even better.

Losing fat on the belly is the hardest, they say. And when you want to strengthen your core and lose the flab, most probably what comes to mind are crunches and sit-ups. But recent research has found that exercises that are meant for the whole body can actually workout the core muscles better than the designated exercises for your abs.

Dumb-bells

Take an exercise mat and sit on it. Now stretch your feet out in front of you. Keep them around three feet apart. Take a pair of dumbbells in your hands and hold them near your shoulders. Keep your back straight. Contract your stomach muscles and push your arms straight up. Return to the starting position and repeat ten to 15 times.

Cheers for the chair

Take a chair and sit on it while keeping your spine straight. Hold the edge of the seat. Now engage your core and use the stomach muscles to bring your toes (pointing to the floor) two to four inches off the floor. Hold for at least three to five seconds then lower your feet down. Repeat for a few minutes.

Try this out

Begin this one by standing with your feet apart — a little more than hip-width apart. Take a dumb-bell and hold it at chest level with both hands. Now, while you bend your knees, lower yourself. Go as far as you can — your elbows should be inside your knees. All the while, work your abdominal muscles, contract them, and use that strength to lower your butt. Keep repeating these squats at least 10-1 5 times.

Lunge!

This is a lunge with a slight variation. Begin by standing with your feet together. Lunge back with your right leg as you bend your knees at right angles. Now reach right hand to left foot. Then go back to standing position. Now, lunge the right leg back and do the exercise again. After ten repetitions, switch sides.

Push-ups

This one is a variation of push-ups. Go to the beginning position (see the picture below). Now slowly lift your right arm and touch your left shoulder with your right hand. Then go back to touching the floor. Now, do the same with your other arm — left arm and right shoulder and back on the floor. Then, touch your left hand to your right thigh, and go back to the main position. Then touch your left thigh with your right arm. Repeat all four touches at least five to eight times each.

Squat for strength

Begin your squat, arms akimbo, and get both your knees bent at 90 degrees. Generally squats are considered to be an important exercise for developing core strength while working the legs and buttocks. Now, engage your core muscles to push your body up to the starting position. The thrust you need to raise your body up will work to burn your stomach fat. Do this at least eight to 10 times for each leg.

5 ways to reduce horrible arm fat

Have you stopped wearing sleeveless just because you have heavy arms? Now, there is no need to be upset.

Follow these easy tips and you can have the toned arms you wished for...

The most effective way to tone arms is being physically active. This doesn't mean that you need to hit the gym every day, but there are many household activities that requires intense arms movement, mopping, cleaning, rolling to name a few. But to melt down the bulky plump, you need determination and focus. You need to start with cutting down on unhealthy and high-calorie food, eating fresh to stay healthy and look healthy. Here are a few more tips.

Go for skipping

If you think it's irrelevant, then you are wrong. Skipping is the best cardio workout and it's inexpensive as well. It doesn't just help you sweat out the fat from your body, but gives you sleek and tone arms too. "Skipping rope affects arms muscles as you lift your body's weight as well as move your arms in circular motion. This increases the activity in the arms. Count seconds instead of skipping repetitions to make the process more effective," says Gautham Kumar, a fitness expert.

Keep stretching

Don't wait for the evening or morning fitness regime and stretch your arms as and when you get time. This will not only keep you active, but also release the tension. Gautham says, "Stretching tones the arm muscles and brings them back in shape. Do it in the office, post meeting or after finishing a report." He suggests these exercises that you can do in your office.

- Interlock your fingers behind your head and stretch your arms up. Make sure the elbows are behind your head. Now, bend your waist right for a few seconds and repeat the same on the left. Keep arms stretched and straight.

- Hold both your palms together behind the lower spine and interlock the fingers. Stretch both your arms backward so that chest comes forward. This is also beneficial to relieve the back stress.

Rotate wrist

Wrist rotation affects your shoulders and lower arms which are the plumpest areas. "Hold one to two pounds of dumbbells in each hand and stand up. The gap between your feet should be equal to your shoulder length. Extend both the hands forward and keep them firm. Now, swiftly rotate your wrist upward and inward as far as possible. This will help tone the arm muscles," says Gatuham.

Lift your body up

Do you remember how you used to do pull-ups in the park as a kid? You have to just follow the same. Hold a sturdy strong rod that can bear your body weight. Grasp it firmly and pull yourself up the floor. When you go up hold the position for a few seconds and let your arm muscles take all the strain. Do a set of 20 and after a two-minute break, repeat the set. In case, you are doing it for the first time, then, do as many pull-ups as you can, but don't strain yourself.

Triceps with one arm

Sit on the floor and place your hands almost a foot behind your hips; your fingers should point towards the butt. Your legs and feet should be pressed together, knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Keep your arm straight to raise your hips above the floor. Bend your left elbow only with one arm and lower your butt as close to the floor as possible without actually touching it. Repeat it with right elbow.

5 tips to a flat tummy like Deepika's

Struggling to keep your wayward waist in check? Follow these five tips to get a flat tummy like Deepika Padukone

A recent study found the average woman's waist has increased by seven inches since the 1950s — from a toned 27 to a solid 34.

And according to the National Health Survey, UK, a waist over 34.5 inches puts you at greater risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and type-2 diabetes.
But it's not too late to lose the extra padding — try these waist-whittling tips to feel healthy.

Curl it

Canada's University of Waterloo found old-style crunches can damage the spine. The more effective version is the curl-up.
Lie on your back with your hands palm-down, tucked under the small of your back. Bend your knees and slightly lift your head and shoulders.

You don't need to crunch up much to get the desired response from your entire abdominal muscle complex. If that's still too much, buy a hula hoop. Just 15 minutes' hooping a day will result in a waspish waist.

De-fizz it

If you're a fan of fizzy diet drinks, you could unwittingly be widening your waistline. All fizzy drinks have gas in them, which causes gas in your intestinal system. One should also steer clear of sorbitol, an artificial drinks sweetener which the body can't break down properly. Instead, swap your diet drinks for water. Equally, if you enjoy an alcoholic treat, avoid beer, prosecco and fizzy mixers — a glass of red wine or plain vodka is less likely to cause bloating.

Finally, drink peppermint tea. Some studies suggest it can ease the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and reduce bloating.

Calm it

Tried everything but your waist won't shrink? Bloating with no obvious cause is known as 'dysbiosis' and refers to an imbalance of bacteria in your stomach, usually caused by excess yeast, Candida. Too much boozing, being on the Pill or HRT, or even taking antibiotics regularly can trigger the problem.

Think of yeast 'rising' in your gut

Avoid high sugar foods and go easy on beans, potatoes, sprouts, lentils, broccoli, bananas and raisins, which can all make bloating worse. Stick to berries, plums and other lowsugar fruits. Eat more eggs and pumpkin seeds to support your stress levels as they have calming properties and take a daily probiotic.

Squeeze it

If it's good enough for Jessica Alba, it's got to be worth a try. Reportedly, the Hollywood actress wore an elastic corset for two months to help shed her baby weight — the idea being that you're more likely to notice overeating than if you're wearing comfy trackies. Rather than Cousin Violet-style whalebone, you're better off slipping into a Waist Cincher. This smoothing 'control lingerie' has flexible bones, double-layer panels and flat hook-and-eye fastenings, and it really does hold in excess flab, whilst ensuring you can still breathe.

Tone it

Every celeb swears by Pilates and it is a brilliant way to flatten your waist. Most classes begin with 'the hundred' — so called because you hold the position for 100 beats.

It works muscles to create a strong and stable core, and tone your waistline. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat to the floor. Then lift your feet off the ground and bend your knees to a 90-degree angle. Your shins should be parallel to the floor. Reach your arms towards the sky. As you exhale, bring your arms back down towards the floor while lifting your head and the very top of your shoulders off the mat. Continue this movement, breathing in and out to a count of five. Aim to keep your head and torso still and flatten the abdominal area.

How to have abs slim as a willow

Planning to spend the summer by a sun-kissed beach, but don't have a flat tummy? Here's a plan

So, you are heading out for a beach holiday this summer. But is your body ready to adorn that colourful two piece? Don't fret. We have the five-step plan to help you shape your flabby abs.

Stacked plank

Lie on your stomach, propped up on bent elbows (line them up under your shoulders), with feet together, and your toes tucked under. Pull stomach in tight, and lift hips off the floor until they are in line with your chest. 'Stack' right toe on top of left heel, hold for 30 seconds. Switch legs, hold for 30 seconds.

Tip to great abs

Diet plays a huge role in having fab abs, so eat well for best results. Eat four-six small meals a day that combine a protein and fat (peanut butter or egg whites and avocado) to help shed fat fast. A big part (of great abs) is eating clean. Ditch all chemicals and preservatives that bloat.

Bicycle crunch freeze

Lie on back, doing a traditional bicycle crunch (Cross opposite elbow to knee while other leg extends parallel to the floor). Hold twist to one side and do five small pulses to the knee (That's one rep). Do 10 reps alternating sides each time.

Tip to great abs

Incorporating multi-muscle group, strength building moves such as squats and lunges can help increase your overall calorie burn while also toning your tummy. You'll burn more calories and tone your midsection because of how the body has to support itself in those positions.

Towel slide

From an all-fours position, place a folded hand towel under toes. (Be sure to do this on a smooth surface so the towel can slide. Extend legs straight out behind you (so body is in a full plank position). Keeping shoulders over hands bend knees and scoop abs in while you draw the towel in towards your body, stopping with knees bent almost under your hips. Push legs back out to full plank. Work up to 10 reps in a row.

Tip to great abs

Drink three litres of water with lemon a day to help detoxify the liver and reduce body fat around the abdomen.

Old school sit up

Lie on back, with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place hands behind head, with elbows out to the sides, and sit all the way up. Keep feet flat on the ground. If you aren't able to come all the way up, place hands under thighs and assist your way up. Slowly roll back down to the ground.

Tip to great abs

Multi-task your ab training with cardio workouts like kickboxing. It will not only help you work your abs with every punch and kick, you'll burn fat and tone your entire body all at the same time.

Corkscrew

Lie on back, with legs extended to the ceiling, and arms on the floor, palms facing down by hips. With feet together, trace a circle from the right to the left with legs, lifting hips off the ground as legs come in towards your head. Try five large circles to the right and then to your left.

Tip to great abs

Want to fit into those skinny jeans? Try this 5-Second Flat Belly Fix: Inhale, then exhale pulling your rib cage down and navel into your spine. This easy move will turn your lower belly muscles into an abdominal girdle, immediately shrinking your mid-section.

The Fastest Way to Get a firm Arms

Getting toned arms is a three-step process requiring reducing excess fat and gaining lean muscle tone. Healthy eating habits help you lose fat, while cardio exercise furthers this by burning calories, Finally, strength training develops your muscle tone. The exercise can be done indoors, outdoors or at the gym but to get the fastest results work combine exercise into your everyday routine as well by taking the stairs or biking to work. With a few steps and guidelines, you will soon be inspired to break out the sleeveless shirts for the summer.

Items you will need

  1. Hand weight set
  2. Kettlebell weight set

Step 1

Developing healthy eating habits is necessary to lose weight and show off the tone of your arms. Ultra-low calorie fad diets can be tempting based on their quick results but not eating enough calories in your day causes your body to go into starvation mode which lowers your metabolism. Instead read up on a healthy balanced diet and portion control. A healthy way to fuel your arm workout is to up your intake of complex carbohydrates and protein with foods such as whole-grain toast with peanut butter or yogurt and nuts as a snack.

Step 2

Engage in your favorite cardio exercise to burn calories and lose fat throughout your body. To target your arms, choose a full-body machine like the elliptical, which lets you run while pumping your arms. Or swimming can get you similar full-body results with less impact on your joints making it ideal for those with limited flexibility, arthritis or are overweight. Adding just 30 to 60 minutes of exercise five days a week is enough to make a difference.

Step 3

Tone the tricep muscles of your underarm with tricep dips. Sit on the edge of a weight bench or sturdy chair with your hands flat on either side of your hips. Extend your legs forward and follow with your body supporting your weight with your arms. Slowly lower your body by bending your elbows until your shoulders are parallel to your hands. Lift slowly and repeat this exercise for eight to 12 repetitions.

Step 4

Tone the front of your arms with bicep curls. Stand with your arms hanging by your side each holding a handheld weight. Slowly and with control bend your right arm drawing the weight up to your shoulder, lower and repeat on the left side. Another exercise that targets both your biceps and triceps from the same standing position with weights is to lift both arms straight out in front until they are parallel to the ground and lowering. Attempt each of these for eight 12 repetitions.

Step 5

Step up your strength training with kettlebells, which provide a vigorous workout in a short amount of time. A large variety of exercises are possible with this tool, but the swing exercise works the arms, shoulders, legs and core all at once. Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart with your knees slightly bent. Hold the kettlebell with both hands between your legs and swing it in front of you to just above eye-level. Repeat this for eight to 12 repetitions.

Tip

  • Practice with different weights of hand barbells and kettlebells to determine the correct weight for your  strength level. You are using a proper weight when the last repetition of your set is challenging but you can get there.

Warning

  • As with any exercise, recognize your body's natural limits. If you can not complete more than five repetitions of an exercise, congratulate yourself and attempt it again tomorrow.

Exercises to Firm Up Arms in One Month

Whether you have a special event coming up or are getting ready for summer, you can tone up your arms in just one month with some basic exercises. Pushups and dumbbell exercises are essential to quickly firming your arms. When working on toning your arms, you will also be working on the muscles in your shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps. The back and chest muscle exercises use your arm muscles, which helps you tone up faster.

    1. Pushups

Pushups are a great way to work your chest, triceps, and shoulders. With your toes on the ground, hands directly under your shoulders, slowly lower your chest to the floor, and return to start. If you are not strong enough to perform this move as is, you can modify it and do it on your knees.

    2. Dumbbells

You will need a set of medium weight dumbbells and an exercise mat. Medium weight dumbbells should feel manageable when you initially pick them up, but the last few reps of each final set should feel challenging. Do three sets of 8 to 12 repetitions for each exercise. Do these exercises at least three days each week.

    3. Rows

Begin standing with your knees soft and your abs tight. Slightly bend over from the waist, so your chest is facing the ground. With one medium to heavy dumbbell in each hand, bend your elbows and pull the weights up, as if you were starting a lawnmower. Slowly lower back to start. Rows work the muscles in your arms and back.

    4. Overhead Shoulder Presses

Begin standing with a set of light to medium weights in your hands. Be careful not to choose a weight that is too heavy, as shoulders are generally weaker than other muscles in your upper body. Lift weights with your palms facing forward until weights are overhead and your arms are fully extended. Slowly lower until your hands are near your shoulders, and lift weights up overhead again.

    5. Bicep Curls

Begin standing with a medium to heavy set of dumbbells in your hands. Keep your knees soft and abs tight. With your palms facing up and elbows remaining at your waist, bend your elbows and curl the weights towards your shoulders. Slowly lower back to start.

    6. Triceps Kickbacks

Begin holding a set of medium to heavy weights. With your knees soft and abs tight, bend slightly forward from the waist. Your arms should be at your sides, elbows bent, as if you were at the top of the row movement. Slowly straighten your arms and return back to the bent elbow position. Your focus should be on bending and straightening your arms. This targets the muscles in the back of the arms, the triceps.
